Behind the Madness
Amigos Locos? Yes, crazy friends.
It all started with my friend, co-owner Dave and I meeting in Europe.
Fellow chefs, and ski bums who loved great food, people, tacos, and skiing.
We both went our separate ways after college, working in the hospitality business both in the United States and Europe.
Somehow, we both ended up in Boston and hatched the idea of a food truck. Use great ingredients, make all of the dishes from scratch, and make it fresh, fast, and efficient.
That was a springboard for the Amigos Locos truck and now trucks.
We now serve the entire Boston metro area and New Hampshire.
Our customers are everyone from Harvard to the Patriots and everyone in between. However, our greatest marketing has and always will be happy customers who recommend family and friends.
